#31 – OSHA Sickness/Injury List Updated

One of our requirements from OSHA is to keep a current list of all staff injuries and occupational illnesses within 6 days of learning of the event.  These are recorded on OSHA form No. 200, and kept as a record for the office for 5 years.   This form is posted voluntarily annually from February 1st to March 1st where employee notices are usually posted.


We also record missed days by each staff person due to illness or personal reasons.  Vacations and days missed when you have pre-arranged for another staff person to take your place are not recorded.
