Dental Consulting Services

I offer remote dental consulting by email and phone on a variety of dental practice management topics. My rate is $100/hour and I am happy to provide an estimate of my time along with the proposal for how we can work together to accomplish your goal.

Types of projects I have provided consulting:

  • Reviewed and created a new recall system for a dental practice in KY
  • Squabble management coaching for a dental team in TX
  • Provided answers to a series of email questions on staff training and management for a dentist in TN

Thanks to my experience with group practice, I have seen the value in having knowledgeable resources available quickly. I also know how tight most dental practice budgets are – and paying for expensive consulting and travel fees can be difficult to justify. Through remote consulting, a dental practice can ‘have its cake and eat it too” by receiving the support and content needed to manage the practice, but available as needed at a low fee. For our 18 operatory, 6 dentist group, I am responsible for human resources, technology, dentist marketing, strategic planning, client relations, building management and dentist communication.
